Over valleys to the peaks of the Alps
The region around Fischbachau is also known for its impressive mountain bike trails that lead through the valleys and peaks of the Oberland.
One of the most famous routes is the "Bayerischzeller Runde", which leads through the picturesque Schlierachtal and past the Wendelstein. This tour is technically demanding and requires a good level of fitness as it includes a lot of altitude difference. However, the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and idyllic villages more than make up for the effort.
